What does a care visit look like?

You come to a comfortable space and are greeted by your doctor immediately.

You are offered tea or water…something.

There is comfortable seating for all bodies.

There is a safe space for young children to explore clean toys and books.

You are led to a clean, private, comfortable exam room.

You spend 30-60 minutes usually with your doctor, sharing your story, unhurried.

You and your doctor collaborate on a plan and you have time to understand any instructions or even get demonstrations.

Your doctor walks you to the door as any good host should.

Your doctor cleans up the spaces for the next community member.

On the way home you forget a question you had meant to ask and you message your doctor directly and get a response.

Sometime later, your doctor messages you to check in on how the plan is going, how you are doing.
